Meet the Founder
Andréa Baez Garcia
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Andrea built her career in major organizations in Brazil, including Petrobras (15 years), one of the largest companies in the world. A specialist in cultural transformation, strategic recruitment, talent development, and performance management, she combines deep technical expertise with a human and practical approach.
A university professor for 11 years in Business Administration and Human Resources, Andrea holds a Master's degree in Administration from IBMEC and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from FGV. Fluent in Portuguese and English, she founded Baez Consulting Group with the mission of bringing the same quality of HR from large corporations to small businesses in Orlando and throughout Florida.
